FLUE-LESS GAS FIRES
Flue-less Gas Fires work without a chimney and make full use of the gas burnt in creating useable heat. The design of these grates is such that the amount of carbon monoxide/dioxide produced is minimized to make the fire safe to use.
This makes these flue-less gas fire units superb for the economical heating of open plan living spaces. And of course they are perfect for installation into rooms or houses without chimneys.
It is unsafe/illegal to install these units into bedrooms or bathrooms. Typically bedrooms are smaller than living areas and are rooms where people will sleep overnight. It would potentially be unsafe to have a person sleeping through the night, in a small room, if the gas grate was left running through the night. The grates do consume oxygen in their combustion process.
All Infiniti Fires grates use their Flame Dancer™ burners. These have a flame that exits the grate in a vertical sheet of flame about 100mm high if left uncovered. The design of the burner creates a flame that dances, hence its name. If covered the flame effect will spread across more of the grate and give a more traditional look.

FLAME DANCER™
In the infancy of flueless gas fires in South Africa, many manufacturers opted to make a gas grate that looked realistic as a fire, but neglected the high level of emissions coming out of the combustion process. Infiniti Fires Flame Dancer™ grates were designed not only to look good, but also with incredibly low emissions. Vital for the safe operation of a flueless gas fire.

- A more efficient grate as more of the carbon in the fossil fuel is converted in the combustion process to usable heat
